Since 1850, the BESSOU family, winegrowers from father to son and daughter, cultivate the land of Saint-Emilion. Since 1983, Sylvie and Bertrand Bessou jointly managed three family properties: Château Durand-Laplagne, Château Tabuteau and Château Cap de Merle and produced the famous Saint-Émilion wine bottles.
