Colour: Pale lime-yellow Nose: Very aromatic. Fresh grape and musk stick with hints of apple and honeysuckle.
Palate: Light-bodied with crisp green apple and a touch of sweet tropical fruit. Light in alcohol with a refreshing finish and a lovely spritz on the finish.
Azahara Moscato is made from Muscat Gordo Blanco grapes and fermented with an aromatic yeast to accentuate the fruit character. The show, cool fermentation is arrested early, ensuring the alcohol content remains at a low level. The wine is then blended back in to achieve fresh, fruity notes. The bubbles follow soon after to enhance and balance the delightful and refreshingly sweet palate.
