Pollinat' is a new line from GB, and result of a collaborative project and movement to protect bees in the region. This is pressed under gas, and rested in stainless, to keep the grape's fresh, fruity notes. Dark, peppery fruit rules (blackberry, blueberry, plum), with ample cracked pepper, and soft tannins leading this to the shorter, cinnamon spiced finish.
