Vineyard: Vinegrowing to respect the environment. Natural weed in the vineyard.
Harvest: Mechanical harvest with sorting of the grapes in the vineyard and winery
Vinification:
Ageing on fine lees until bottling. Stirring of the lees twice a week during 2 months.
