Tasting by Véronique Boss-Drouhin
A delicate and elegant wine. The nose reveals spicy notes, violet, quite characteristic of this terroir, and wild blackberries. On the palate, a lot of finesse and refinement, suppleness. Long and subtly delicious persistence .
Vintage
In small quantities, the 2016 harvest brings us a nice qualitative surprise. The grapes, very ripe, gave wines of a deep ruby offering hints of black fruits mixed with nuances of violet and spices. Roundness and generosity on the palate. The wines are characteristic of their terroirs.
