TASTING NOTES This wine shows a brilliant pale straw colour in the glass. The nose lifts with aromas of lemon tart, ginger and citrus blossom. The palate is tightly wound with intense lime fruit at its core. A wine with great power and drive, the complexity of layers include a talc like minerality and juicy freshly squeezed lime citrus which draws out into a crisp zesty finish.
