TASTING NOTES
Bright rose wine color, with salmon colour hints. Fruity nose with rich expression. rose wine petals and strawberries. Well balanced mouth, quite full, fat but balanced, reminding the nose aromas, with long aftertaste.
DESCRIPTION
Harvest: Manual harvesting in 15 kg capacity picking baskets.
Vinification: Destemming, light crushing. Cold soak at 8°C for 4 hours and fermentation at gradually increasing temperatures. Post maceration with steering the lies for two months. Saignée procedure.
