Creating a precise and elegant wine with lovely freshness DESCRIPTION Traditional vinification in concrete tanks. The alcoholic fermentation is temperaturecontrolled to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. Short pumping over every day at regular intervals. The maceration lasts about three weeks.
