TASTING NOTES This is a fresh and vigorous wine with a combination of white fruit aromas -apples and pineapplesand hints of toasted bread. It is an unctuous round wine with great volume in mouth and long finish. To be served cold, between 10oC and 12oC. Cellar time: 3 years”. DESCRIPTION AGING: 30% of the wine is aged in medium toasted French oak with battonage. It is aged in bottle for 4 months to enhance aroma complexity and structure in mouth.
