TASTING NOTES Colour : Lovely red colour with purplish-blue hints. Nose : Expressive nose with red fruit aromas. Palate : Round and supple on the palate. Recommendations : Will go perfectly well with lamb shanks, veal loin with boletus mushroom or with a goat's cheese. DESCRIPTION Origin : On the right bank of the Vienne, upstream part of Chinon.
