TASTING NOTES It is a young delicate and refreshing wine. Soft and vivid smell with a good balanced and fruity (cherry, rasp-berry) taste in mouth. Elegant wine with a long-lasting after-taste. Serving temperature around 14C DESCRIPTION Harvest at a ripening stage. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature with carbonic maceration and malolactic fermentation.
