Cherry color with ruby highlights. Nose aromas of fresh fruit, with notes of citrus fruit, black currant and plum. Soft and velvety palate, with aromas of red fruit and green pepper.
Drink as an aperitif a bit fresh or cured meats, grilled meats, barbecues and picnics.
Traditional. Some micro-oxygenation.
Elaboration: 8 to 9 days, short skin fermentation (only fruit extraction).
