Colour: Lovely red colour with purplish-blue hints.
Nose: Expressive nose with red fruit aromas.
Palate: Round and supple on the palate.
Recommendations: Will go perfectly well with lamb shanks, veal loin with boletus mushroom or with a goat's cheese.
Origin: On the right bank of the Vienne, upstream part of Chinon.
Vinification: Traditionnal vinification with 20% of the volume elaborated through thermo vinification.
Soil: Clay-siliceous terroir.
Serving condition in C°: 16-18°C
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Grenache: 100% Cabernet Franc
