It is a young delicate and refreshing wine. Soft and vivid smell with a good balanced and fruity (cherry, rasp-berry) taste in mouth. Elegant wine with a long-lasting after-taste. Serving temperature around 14C
Harvest at a ripening stage. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature with carbonic maceration and malolactic fermentation. Maturing in underground tanks and bottling at the beginning of the spring to keep the flavors.
Acidity: 3,7 g/l – SO2 (free): 30 mg/l (indicative analysis data).
ABV: 12% vol.
Grape: 100% black Gamay.
