Dark red in color. On the nose, displays fruity aromas of plums, cherries and licorice. The palate is fresh and clean with depth and ripe, slightly oaked flavors of cassis, blackberry and chocolate.
Fermentation and maceration for over 25 days.
Natural malolactic fermentation.
Aged for nine months in French and American oak
