Purple colored wine with a nose that offers up mineral aromas as well as fruity aromas like plums and black cherry notes ,with subtle reminiscence of black pepper. The palate is soft and round, with ripe and saturated berry flavors. With a spicy and full finish, this wine permits appreciating its chewy and ample tannins.
Fermentation and maceration for over 25 days.
Natural malolactic fermentation.
Aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels.
