Rich aromas of morello cherry, cassis and spice to the fore. Concentrated and ripe, with plenty of perfumed, parma-violet character, fine tannins and an excellent length.
Ramzi has now settled down as the wine maker. Circumstances during the war of 2006 made it impossible for their French partners to help him so Ramzi and Sami had to learn fast and do it all themselves. These are now fantastic wines and Sami and Ramzi deserve all our support.
The vineyards for this ripe and juicy red are situated between 900 metres and 1,200 metres. A blend of 35% Cinsault, 35% Grenache Noir & 30% Tempranillo.
Vinification is in stainless steel with no wood used.
