Intense garnet red color with dark ruby reflections. Complex bouquet with hints of licorice, small fruits of the undergrowth, cinnamon, cloves and violet. Taste: full and enveloping tannins with a long aftertaste of ripe fruit. Thanks to its characteristics of structure and body it goes well with meat and cheese dishes. Serve at a temperature of 17 ° C.
Both the month of September and that of October were undoubtedly positive from the climatic point of view, with a good temperature range, favoring the ripening of the grapes and the composition of its phenolic framework. Arneis and Moscato present sugar contents very similar to the previous harvest united with sustained acidity.
