Color: Deep ruby red in color
Aroma: Rich spicy perfumes and black pepper notes with a hint of raisins
Taste: Full body balanced taste, very intense and spicy with sweet cherry flavours.
Origin: Hillside vineyards of Valpolicella Classico. Conca d’Oro and De Buris vineyards.
Vinification and Maturation: Refermented on the Amarone grape skins with the method “Ripasso” and then 15 months in Slavonian Oak barrels of 65 hectoliters.
Food Pairing: Pasta with meat sauces, boiled and braised meats, perfect with grill and BBQ
Grape: Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25% Corvinone 5%
