Eye: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Notes of red marasca fruit, berries with light hints of vanilla and coffee.
Palate: Soft and elegant. The sweet notes of red fruit return to the persistent finish.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested at the right degree of ripeness and vinified separately for varieties in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The maceration, carried out at temperatures not above 26 ° C, lasted for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation was completed by the beginning of winter.
Aging: 8 months in steel. A small part of the blend has been aged in barriques of 3 ° - 4 ° passage and then assembled before bottling.
