Colour Deep plum with brilliant crimson hue.
Bouquet Lifted fruits of plum, mulberry, and blackberry. The rich fruits are mixed with fresh oregano herb and violet lift.
Palate The palate is bright and juicy with plum and red berry fruits. The ripe fruits are balanced by fine silky tannins providing a wine with lovely balance and weight.
Individual vineyard parcels were carefully selected, crushed and destemmed to red fermenters and pumped over daily dependent upon levels of colour, flavour and tannin extraction. Once the desired levels were achieved the ferment was gently pressed and fermentation finished in tank prior to a maturation period in seasoned French and American oak.
