Palate: Fresh berry fruit and juicy plum with a touch of vanillin oak
Cool pre-ferment maceration and fermentation in sweeping arm potter fermenters with regular pump overs to extract colour and soft, juicy tannins. The wine was pressed and completed malolactic fermentation on high quality French oak.
