    This is a fresh and vigorous wine with a combination of white fruit aromas -apples and pineapplesand hints of toasted bread

    DESCRIPTION

    After harvesting, the entire clusters are pressed to enhance drainage of the must and to avoid polyphenol extraction. 30% of the wine undergoes a peculiar pre-fermentation maceration for 2-4 hours to be later fermented in tanks. Then, a malolactic fermentation contributes complexity and microbiologist stability. Plantation Density: 5.000 plants per hectare. Objetive Of Irrigation: To avoid stress, to allow maturation and to get good levels of acidity and fruit. Pruning System Cordon: Short (2 buds per sprout). 30% of the wine is aged in medium toasted French oak with battonage. It is aged in bottle for 4 months to enhance aroma complexity and structure in mouth.
