DESCRIPTION

It is not stored in bottle to take full advantage of the fresh fruit. The grape is harvested and pressed in Cafayate. Then, must is clarified and carried in refrigerated trucks to avoid fermentation. As soon as the grapes arrive at our winery, the fermentation process starts in stainless steel tanks. A peculiar pre-fermentation maceration is done for 2 hours in which temperature is controlled to enhance the extraction of aroma precursors. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out to preserve the acidity and aromas of fresh fruit.
Alta Vista Estate Premium Torrontés is the result of the cut of three different harvest dates combined according to their characteristics:

VINIFICATION
