Vineyards: From the Marienburg vineyard, with vines placed on soils based on gray slate
Winemaking: Soft pressing and maceration with stalks for 48 hours, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts
Aging: 15 months in large oak barrels in contact with the fine lees, no filtration
