Bright yellow color with green hues. In the nose there is presence of white flowers, peach, orange and tropical fruits. In the mouth is a fresh wine, with some citric notes and a balanced acidity. Ideal as an aperitif.
Cold skin maceration at 10 °C. during 5 hours.
Cooling of the must at 10 °C.
Cold autoclarification of the must during 36 hours.
Addition of selected yeasts.
Controlled fermentation at 15 °C. during 21 days.
Stabilization and filtering.
