WINEMAKING
A traditional approach to Burgundian winemaking. Pressing with a mechanical press, settling, aging in oak barrels.
AGEING
Aging between 18 and 22 months with some new barrel. 10% new barrels, aging in barrels, severe filtration, gravity bottling, aging in our cellars for a minimum of 2 years.
