TASTING NOTES
Of a dark and intense shiny red. Aromas of ripe dark berries (blueberries and blackberries). On the palate, these fruit notes are also present, with red plum jam nuances and a very elegant mineral touch. The oak notes are perfectly integrated. Sweet tannins and a long aftertaste.
DESCRIPTION
Aging: 10 month in French (80% ) and American (20%) oak
Serve at 17-18oC.
Pair with red meat, roast lamb, braised vegetables, strong cheeses.
