Where can i find the product information?
The product information such as ABV, grape variety, capacity, tasting note, origin, images… are fully displayed in each product page. You can also contact our store, hotline, fanpage for more product information.
How many wines are currently on sale at Warehouse?
There are over 1000 wines currently available for sale at Warehouse stores and online.
Which wines and products do you sell online?
As Government Law, we just sell wines and alcohol drinks with ABV under 15%. . The products available for online sales such as wine, beer, cider, glassware, beverage, accessory.
Do wines and other alcoholic drinks have an expiration date?
Wines and spirits do not expire. The quality depends on temperature, humidity and heat that you preserve wine. We encourage you to preserve wine at the appropriate temperature and time for the best quality. Other types of alcohol drinks such as beer, cider, water … have the expiration date shown on the bottle.
How do I preserve wine properly?
The perfect temperature for preserving wine:• Red wine: 13-19 oC • White wine: 8-12oC • Champagne, sparkling: 5-8oC• Rosé wine: 10-13oC
Shall I put ice in wine?
If you put wine in wine, the ice will melt and dilute the wine and it won’t taste as good. Hence, we encourage not to drink wine with ice.
How to optimize the taste of wine when serving?
All wine has an optimum temperature at which it is best enjoyed. Red wine should be slightly 'cool' so it is not served too warm, and white wine should be allowed to 'warm up' when taken straight from the fridge. A bottle of white is actually far more enjoyable if it is just chilled rather than too cold and the taste of red wine can be ruined if you serve it too warm.
Can I leave wine bottle open for long time?
Once a bottle has been opened, the oxygen gets in and the oxidation process will begin. So you need to drink the wine within the right time frame. Red wines and full body white wines should be finished within 3 days. Light bodied white wines have a bit longer, lasting up for 4-5 days.

Can I cancel my order on website ?
You can only cancel your web order before it has been processed for delivery. Please call our hotline to cancel your order and other supports.

In order to enrich wine knowledge and experiences for customers, The Warehouse cooperates with other companies, organizations to hold wine tasting or training classes in our store or customer’s office.

For retail customers, the Warehouse applies different discounts for different membership levels. If you would like to receive a special discount for your big order, The Warehouse store will contact and discuss with you specifically. For wholesale customers and other partners, the price discount policy will be discussed and shown specifically in contract or agreement when you work with our sales team.
How can I get an update about promotion or event?
All upcoming promotions and events news will be updated on our website, fanpage and at store. If you are a member of Warehouse, you will receive a monthly Newsletter email. You can also download the Loyalty App to be updated with the promotion event via notification feature. How many delivery methods are available at The Warehouse ?
There are 2 delivery methods applying for online and offline order.• Express Delivery: within 2-3 hours since you completed your order. This method only applies for the some central districts in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang which are covered by Warehouse drivers. • Standard Delivery: by delivery service within 1-3 days depends on your location, the method applies for all areas, cities and provinces.
What is the delivery fee for my order? Do you deliver to other provinces?
The delivery fee depends on distance from your area. Shipping fee is applied differently among areas within the cities and outside the cities, among cities and provinces.
How long will my order be delivered?
Delivery time depends on your area and your chosen delivery method. It takes around 2-3 hours for express delivery within HCMC – Hanoi – Danang where it is covered by Warehouse drivers. It might take 1-3 days for standard delivery to other cities and provinces.
Can I pay for the order in HCM and get it delivered in Hanoi, Danang within the day?
You can place an order and pay by credit card on a website with express delivery service and receiver address.
Do I need to sign any documents when receiving the products?
You need to sign a delivery document to make sure you have received the products and agreed on the quality of products.

Can I return the product or my order ?
Customers will agree to check carefully the quality and quantity of products delivered by The Warehouse drivers or by express delivery service. You have the right to refuse to receive the products in case of any mistakes from Warehouse, and please contact us within 24 hours for more support: returning, exchanging or refunding. Because of special characteristics of our products, once you sign to confirm reception, you agree that the products cannot be returned in any case. All wines, beverages and other items cannot be returned and exchanged after your receiving. You need to carefully check with delivery service and our drivers.
How do I know that the products are out of stock?
Our website does not display the items out of stock, so we guarantee the products you order on the website are always available.
