It is pale in colour, with green highlights. The wine is dominated by fruity and fresh aromas, with recogniseable stone fruit flavours,citrus and passionfruit notes.
The Gascogne region being majorly known for the Armagnac production still expresses amazing temper and develops its own soul in the Plaimont co-op hands. The rediscovered by André Dubosc a Gers grape variety also called “French Colombard” was destined to shine in a Côtes de Gascogne signature wine!
