TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, intense floral and fruity aromas, well structured with a balanced acidity and a long finish. Serve, at a temperature of 10° centigrade (50°Fahrenheit), with antipasti and all types of fish dishes.
DESCRIPTION
Before bottling, the wine was left to age at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks for several months.
