Intense pink color of the wine corresponds with strong and highly pleasant aromas of berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, together with solid honey notes. Refreshing and light and elegant on the acidity.
The limestone soils have a direct impact on this wine’s style, when 30 year old monastrell vines creates distinctive and clean aromas of raspberry and strawberry predominating in this wine, and making it delightful and elegant for the taste. The grapes go through direct pressing after night harvest, which is performed in order to keep correct temperature control, and only a small percentage is being macerated with skins for 4-5 hours. Fermentation takes place for 13-14 days.
