Overview
pale gold to coppery gold through straw yellow; flowers, fresh fruits, exotic fruits but also spicy notes. The young syrupy whites are delicious, they are slightly jammy but still retain some acidity.
TASTING NOTE
Aspect: A resplendent golden yellow.
Nose: The nose opens on yellow stonefruit aromas, such as peach and apricot, and a refreshing hint of verbena, joined with airing by a touch of toast.
Palate: The attack is smooth and harmonious, with marvellously defined fruit (stewed peach and apricot), leading into a full mid-palate and a fresh, mineral finish.
