Delivery Policy

• The Warehouse makes every possible effort to ensure delivery to customers as soon as possible by Warehouse driver and delivery service. 

     1. Delivery time:

        Delivery time is defined from the moment the purchase is created and The Warehouse received the order:

• Central areas of HCMC, Hanoi, Danang with Warehouse express: 1-3 working days
• Out of delivery zones and other provinces: 4-6 working days.
• Opening hours of The Warehouse: 9 AM – 9 PM, from Mondays to Sundays. (opening hours could be changed for majuere reason)

     2. Verification of products

• Customers must be responsible for checking and confirming the conditions, quality, the quantity of the items. 
• In case of non-arrival or missing items, customers are advised to contact The Warehouse within 24 hours.
