Color: Intense and brilliant ruby red.
Aromas and Taste: Very fresh and fruity, with aromas of red berries (raspberry, cherry, blueberry, and plum) mixed with notes of black pepper and coffee. The very balanced attack is followed by a mid-palate with marked but soft tannins, then we find the aromas of small red fruits on the nose, as well as delicate spicy notes. The finish is very long, with good acidity .

Aging: Half the vintage is matured in oak for 6 - 8 months to gives the wines its fruit-driven and complex style.
