TASTING NOTES
A mild mint and herbal scent, followed by a dry, complex flavor of tobacco, licorice, skin and blackberry. This is 80% Cabernet and 20% Merlot, the taste of cassis, black cherry and plum are the taste of the fruit and are emphasized.
DESCRIPTION
The Cachapoal Valley extends over the northern part of Chile's Rapel Valley, with a continuous backdrop of the mighty Andes in the east. The area reaches the northernmost as the southern suburb of Santiago City, where it meets the famous area of Maipo. Cachapoal Valley creates a shortage of red plums and berries that dominate the whole body with aromas and aromas reminiscent of mint, cocoa, spices or smoked meats.
