This unoaked Chardonnay is an easy-drinking, yet classy wine with lovely freshness, citrus flavours and elegance. The depth of flavour and texture come from these increasingly ageing vines in the Stellenbosch and Robertson areas.
DESCRIPTION
Grapes were picked individually at varying degrees of ripeness to build good acidity, fruit, depth and minerality. Cool fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with a combination of natural yeasts. The juice was kept on the lees for 6 months to add depth and complexity before final blending.
