DESCRIPTION
The trebbiano and chardonnay grapes are harvested at the end of August. In the vinification cellar, the grapes immediately get a cold peeling for 12 hours at 10 ° C for more aroma extraction. The grapes are then pneumatically pressed and the juice is allowed to undergo a temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation on stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 15 ° C. The wine is then transferred to clean stainless steel tanks, in which malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine matures on the 'lie' for 4 months. After assembly and light filtering, the wine is bottled under completely sterile conditions.
