TASTING NOTES
Colour: Youthful, medium-deep ruby with pale edges.
Bouquet: An enticing mix of bright raspberries and blueberries along with darker notes of blackberries, plums and licorice. Scented with violets and cedar.
Palate: Rich with red and dark fruits, the palate is plush with a rich core. This depth of fruit is supported by soft, grainy tannins, sweet oak tones and waves of spice.

Oak Maturation: Combination of French (70%) and American oak (30%) barriques & hogsheads of which 10% is new oak.
