Taste: extremely round, supple palate. Very well-balanced with a long finish.
DESCRIPTION
Complete destemming. Extended fermentation and maceration in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks. A tailor-made system ensures that the pomace cap is always submerged.
Daily pump-overs. Aged in stainless steel tanks for at least 16 months
Food pairing: Red and white meats, grilled or served in a sauce, poultry and cheeses.
