Overview

The wine is intense bright ruby red color, it is rich and spicy on the nose, with additional aromas of jammy cherry and cassis, tobacco notes and black pepper. It is perfectly structured and full-bodied yet gentlee, delicate and noble with a very long finish.

Details

The wine represents an unusual blend of the traditional, but rarely used nowadays Molinara grape, that brings up the interesting notes of fresh herbs miixed with the red fruits typical for the Corvina and Rondinella. It also has a little hint of wood aging which adds to the wine a gentle touch of elegance. The fermentation happens in temperature-controlled environment at 25°-30°C for 12 days and is then followed by aturation in stainless steel for 6 months.
