Overview
A vibrant, intense pink color, the nose opens with the flavours of exotic fruits and flowers, lychee, pink blossom and light spices. On the palate the wine is light and refreshing, with nice light and crisp finish.
This sparkling wine is an excellent example of classic method fermentation with a typical Champagne blend performed in the South Australia with excellency and care.
