TASTING NOTES
Fresh and fruity nose with lifted floral, tropical fruit and musk aromas. Sweet and spritzy with fresh, natural acidity and a green apple finish.
DESCRIPTION
Muscat Gordo Blanco grapes were picked when firm and juicy with explosive Muscat flavours. Only half the grape sugar was fermented, resulting in a low alcohol, light bodied wine. An aromatic yeast was used to accentuate the fruit character, and very gentle processing followed to preserve as much of the natural spritz as possible
