Colour: Pale straw-coloured, fine and lasting bubbles in regular columns.

Origin: In the heart of the Saumur wineyard, Loire Valley
Vinification: Manual harvest which are at the end of September to the middle of October. The second fermentation is once the wine is bottled with an ageing on laths of at least 15 months.
