TASTING NOTES
With its clear, pale peach hue and copper tints, this wine reveals delicate fruity aromas of apricot, white peach and mimosa underpinned by spicy notes of cardamom and vanilla.
The palate offers a fresh, zesty attack and a rich, round mid-palate dominated by aromas of ripe fruit. Notes of candied citrus fruit and white pepper linger on the invigorating finish.
DESCRIPTION
This very ancient land is characterised by a combination of schists and clays, and by an absence of limestone. The vineyard’s proximity to the sea explains the inimitable character of the wines produced at Clos Mireille. The microclimate and sea spray create the ideal conditions for the production of extremely rare wines.
