TASTING NOTES Colour: bright, straw color. Nose: characteristic of over-ripped grapes, with flavours of vanilla and hints of cocoa blend in well with fruity notes (citrus and quinces). Palate: typical aromas of white truffle enhance freshness and the natural nobility of this wine.
DESCRIPTION Vinification: Picking takes place around the 15th of November (Saint-Albert’s day). Pacherenc de la Saint -Albert comes from the third and fourth grape selections. The harvest is placed in small wooden cases in order to preserve the quality of the grapes during transport.
