- Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake is a traditional sake that is fermented from Yamadanishiki rice and Koji rice yeast to create a delicious and rich flavor with a capacity of 720ml, concentration of 14 - 15%.
- Tatsuriki Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake is made with Yamadanishiki rice. The rice grains are grinded to 65% of the original size, added a little bit of koji mold rice for fermentation, it is very suitable for Asian dishes especially Japanese dishes.
