Red color with violet and ruby hues. It is complex and intense in the nose, with hints of herbs -characteristic of this variety- and reminiscent of green bell pepper. In mouth, it has structure and the typical tannin concentration of Cabernet grapes coexisting in perfect harmony with the tannins of the oak.
To be served cold, between 15oC and 16oC.

50% of the wine is aged in lightly/medium toasted French oak for 12 months. It is aged in bottle for 6 months to get round tannins.
