Beautiful and deep ruby colour. Pretty nose exhaling scents of red berries, followed by a wide and generous structure in mouth, with good concentration. The final highlights the persistence and the youthness of this wine, which can be easily stored between 3 to 5 years. Serving temperature: young at 14° or 17°c older.
Harvested at maturity, grape selection through a passage on the sorting table. Systematic separation then maceration for 10 to 12 days. Run juice only and slow vinification in temperature-controlled vats.
