Rich and warm, this generous wine balances a strongly mineral texture and acidity with ripe quince, apple and pear flavors. It is a wine for aging, likely to be ready to drink from 2023.
Although there is evidence of viticulture dating back to the 16th century, the AOC Pessac-Léognan is a fairly recent appellation since it was founded in 1987 but its very old terroir dates back to the Middle Ages . Located in the south-west of Bordeaux, the appellation includes all the Grands Crus Graves and produces mostly red wine.
In this 2017 vintage , we discover white wine that are very aromatic, fresh, rich and ripe.
